Return & Refund Policy

Mistakes on our part are the only grounds for a return. Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions and reviewing measurements before purchase. We disclose all obvious flaws. These policies are applicable to USA countries.

When will we refund or return for you?

When you received this item for any of the following reasons:

You receive an incorrect item
Your order contains a damaged or defective product
Your order has a printing mistake
Part of your order is missing from the package
You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered.
The Time period for return or exchange

30 Days Return Times
Our policy will be to start after getting your products. we have 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your Product Received date. unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be New, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return process
You will contact to get a replacement or refund on its way to you ASAP! we’ll send you a return shipping label by mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer. Our support team will help you ASAP!

Damaged and wrong product or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Restocking fee
We will not take any restocking fee during the return of a product.

If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP!

If you want to cancel the order, please do contact within 24 hours from the date you placed it, our support member will help you ASAP. after that, the order has been processed and we can't cancel it for you.

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will not accept a refund
Shipping charges and tax are not refundable and Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
